Desktop Valuation Report

The Asset Valuations Group offer a Valuation Report Style Called, Desktop Valuation Report.

This is also known as the following:

  1. Online Valuation;
  2. Valuation through email;
  3. Photo supplied valuation;
  4. Sight Unseen Valuation

Most importantly, this is a sight unseen valuation compiled on the information and photographs provided by the client. The valuer does not attend to the premises but receives all information via the following above.

These evaluations usually have two basis to a valuation:

  • Market Value;
  • Forced Sale Value; or
  • Both of the above.

The accuracy of the valuation relies solely on the correct information provided by the client.
