I’m Paul Khoury, and I lead the Asset Valuations Services division at Asset Valuations Group, providing in-depth asset investigations, expert analysis, and independent opinions on asset values. I also have extensive experience as an expert witness in court proceedings.

With over 42 years of industry experience, I am a seasoned professional in property, asset, and business valuations, as well as a practising auctioneer.

I am a Certified Professional Valuer with the Australian Valuers Institute, accredited in Business, Property, and Asset Valuations.

Paul holds the following Qualifications, Licensing and Registrations:

Jarrad Khoury

DIRECTOR | HEAD OF VALUATIONS

I’m Jarrad Khoury, Head of Valuations at Asset Valuations Group, where I lead the Business Valuation Services division. I specialise in financial investigations and provide expert analysis and opinions on business value, loss, damages, solvency, valuation, and related evidence.

As a Certified Professional Valuer with the Australian Valuers Institute (Property, Business and All Assets), I regularly conduct valuations for small to medium-sized businesses, determining business value, tangible asset values, and intellectual property.

In addition to business valuations, I am also experienced in Residential and Commercial property valuation. With over 10 years of industry experience, I bring a strong professional background in both Property and business valuation.

Jarrad holds the following Qualifications, Licensing and Registrations:

I’m Anthony, Director at Asset Valuations Group, where I oversee and conduct all valuations for our Valuation Services across Victoria and New South Wales.

I am a Certified Professional Valuer with the Australian Valuers Institute (Property & Assets), with over 7 years of industry experience in property and asset valuations. I specialise in residential, commercial, specialised, and industrial property valuations, delivering accurate, compliant, and insightful reports tailored to client requirements.
