Brisbane CBD Valuers and all valuation services are compiled by reputable valuers in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne & Gold Coast. The Asset Valuations Group are located at 144c Edward Street, Brisbane 400 QLD and work all over Queensland & Australia.
Our directors have been providing all valuation services for over 40 years, nationally and internationally.
Property valuations in each State are conducted only by “Registered Valuers” employed by Asset Valuations Group.
Our extensive experience in the Brisbane CBD Valuers and surrounding areas have allowed us to create a tailored and specialised approach for each valuation, which makes the process effective and efficient.
In the event of making the process even simpler, we can provide a Desktop Valuation service. This means that we don’t inspect the asset. Instead, you email us with photographs of the asset/s, and we base our valuation on that. This method aims to make the valuation process easier and more flexible for the client.
However, in all cases, we do recommend that we view the asset for accuracy. Brisbane CBD Valuers and all of our team in the Asset Valuations Group look forward to working with you.
- Our pricing depends on the purpose and the location of the assets.
- Our standard valuation price on a motor vehicle, including inspection, would be $300 plus GST.
- For a desktop valuation price on a motor vehicle, where you supply the photographs would be $250 plus GST.
As always, we negotiate our prices to suit you our client.
