Desktop Valuation Report
The Asset Valuations Group offer a Valuation Report Style Called, Desktop Valuation Report.
This is also known as the following:
- Online Valuation
- Valuation through email
- Photo supplied valuation
- Sight Unseen Valuation
Most importantly, this is an unseen sight valuation compiled on the information and photographs provided by the client. The valuer does not attend to the premises but receives all information via the following above.
These evaluations usually have two basis to a valuation:
- Market Value
- Forced Sale Value; or
- Both of the above
The accuracy of the valuation relies solely on the correct information provided by the client.
If you require this report, email us at admin@assetvaluations.com.au with all the specifics and photographs of your asset/s. Our friendly receptionists will email you back with confirmation and an invoice. We will then begin your valuation.

Short Property Valuation” $300
The Short Valuations do not display a vast amount of information, its a brief overview of what your asset is worth. This report takes about 24-48 hours to complete.
Full Car Valuation” $200
Full Property Valuation $400
A full valuation report is specific, detailed and contains a section called, Factors affecting the asset value. This report would take about 48-72 hours to complete.
